Anti Racism

The murder of George Floyd at the hands of US police officers sparked worldwide outrage and ignited the Black Lives Matter movement. In Bristol, UK, the feeling was strong and the demonstrations vehement. The city’s strong feelings were brought out again in summer 2024, when far-right anti-immigration riots exploded across the country. Bristol once again came out to say no to racism, xenophobia and hate.
